The object of this study is the recording, restructuring and redesign of the cleaning system of the Municipality of Filothei/Psychko with the aim of its optimal operation. In this direction, the optimization of the routes of the garbage trucks and street sweepers requires a process that adopts a methodology with specific steps, research tools, and objectives for the efficient and effective use of resources and the satisfaction of the cleaning needs of the municipality and its citizens.
